Services
Full Body Session using a combination of Swedish, Deep Tissue and Fascial Techniques to target tension in muscles and connective tissues. Sessions may be customized to Prenatal Clients.

60 minutes - $100
90 minutes - $140
Perfect for group or public setting, individual sessions are 10-15 minutes each. Therapist focuses on neck, shoulders and back. Booked in hour increments.

60 minutes - $100
Therapeutic Massage Services may be provided outside of studio at client's request. Travel and Set-up Fees apply and vary by location. Please contact Therapist for more details and booking.

Lynette Rockow
Licensed Massage Therapist
Licensed since 2005, Lynette has also been in the Physical Therapy field since 2010 and has been practicing yoga since 2008. She strongly believes the key to health is finding balance between strength and flexibility of the body, mind and soul. She is excited to meet you and guide your journey towards wellness.
I started seeing Lynette over 4 years ago after being injured in an accident. I went to a chiropractor as well, but got the most relief from the pain when I saw Lynette. She's extremely knowledgeable about the body & highly skilled in treating sore or damaged muscles. I highly recommend her for all your aches & pains!
